Owner, Edmond Pennock, started Pennock Builders, Inc in 1992. “I started back in the mid 1970s working for building contractors. I have always enjoyed working outside, being able to see what I have accomplished at the end of the day. 30 years later, I still enjoy what I do.” Pennock Builders, Inc. uses a variety of suppliers to access the best quality building materials. “We have to keep current on any new type of product and techniques. The customer today is far more knowledgeable than 30 years ago. You need to be able to answer questions and have extensive knowledge in today’s world.”
Being a member of the Grand Rapids Home Builders Association (GR HBA) helps us
stay
current with what is going on in the industry.
